Project description

Calliper was appointed to carry out feasibility and scoping reports for water and sewer services for the proposed mixed-use retail development in Cyrildene, Johannesburg. The proposed mixed development consisted of retail shops, living apartments, restaurants, and parking levels. At the time of this appointment, the site was occupied by five residential houses on the five different ervens.

Project objective

The objective of this project was to determine whether the planning and implementation for the new development should go ahead and whether the existing sewer and water system have sufficient capacity to support the development.
