Project objective

The objective of this project was to:

  • Provision of water supply to Hebron, Kgabalatsane, Rockville and Klipgat villages
  • Establish a cost recovery system
  • Ensure that the Madibeng Local Municipality became responsible for water supply to the four villages (at the time some of the villages were supplied by the City of Tshwane)

Employment created

52 people were employed as labourers on the project, 17 of whom were youth.
