Project description

Calliper was appointed by the City of Joburg Property Company to carry out a feasibility study on the creation of a vibrant, sustainable and effective student precinct along the Louis Botha Development Corridor. The study sought to provide the maximum development potential of the properties based on the City Planning Scheme while taking into account all the constraints of the properties.

Project objective

The objective was to provide affordable student accommodation with easy access to public transport facilities.
