Two-thirds of South Africa’s learners walk to school. At Calliper we understand the difficulties these learners face over and above a lack of quality education. Walking barefoot and not having proper school shoes, especially in winter and rainy weather, may lead to injuries and other physical discomfort.

Calliper has identified Tshembhani Primary School, situated in the community of Giyani in Limpopo, and is helping to restore hope to these underprivileged learners by donating 120 school shoes for boys and girls aged between six and 15 years old.
